This is a life-changing process where we come to your office, review your practice in light of the 25 critical systems outlined in the Jameson Method, and present you with a practice treatment plan designed exclusively to move your practice forward.

Enhancement
Once your exclusive treatment plan has been accepted (as proposed at the Comprehensive Office Evaluation or COE), you work with a specially selected Jameson coach. This highly trained individual will come to your practice to train your team to implement the 25 business and clinical systems depending on your need. Your coach will introduce new material as well as other Jameson specialists to your practice at the precise moment you and your team are able to benefit from that exposure the most. You will most likely receive quarterly visits from a coach plus monthly reports and phone conferences to review your progress. There is a hotline to your coach and administrative team so you can call with questions at any time.

Continuous Coaching
